Payments should be made to Amanda Rome in USD only.

Payments to Amanda Rome are accepted via PayPal or Zelle, but other payment methods may be negotiable.

If the client should decide that they would like to cancel the commission after approving the sketches that have been finalized, the KILL FEE is 50% of the original commission price. If Amanda Rome already has received the entire payment of the commission, then 50% of commission amount will be refunded to the client.

If the client is a Voice Actor or is a client purchasing a private commission and should decide that they would like to cancel the commission after approving finalized sketches, and after Amanda Rome begins rendering the commission's line art and/or colors, the KILL FEE is 50% of the original commission cost. Other commercial clients have a KILL FEE of 100%. There will be no refunds.

If a Voice Actor wants to share their commissioned illustration with other Voice Actors to use at conventions, each additional Voice Actors must get consent from the original Voice Actor who commissioned the illustration, and once verified, each Voice Actor must pay a full commission fee to the artist, Amanda Rome, in order to obtain the file and rights to use the commission.

For private clients, 50% of the commission payment must be paid up front to Amanda Rome before she begins working on your full colored commission, unless Amanda Rome approves otherwise.

For Voice Actor clients, payment is due to Amanda Rome once the commission is finished.

If a private client or Voice Actor wishes to make other types of payments to Amanda Rome, this may be negotiable, such as a payment plan.

Once Amanda Rome is at the coloring phase of the commission, the other 50% of the commission must be paid before she proceeds to color and fully render your commission.

Clients must be 100% verified and finalized before purchasing an order to avoid the hassle of doing refunds and other refund fees.

Full Refunds will only be offered if Amanda Rome hasn't started working on the commission.

You must message Amanda Rome or email her first before filing a refund on PayPal or with other companies you used to pay for your commission.

If you should request a refund without messaging Amanda Rome first: If you filed a refund against Amanda Rome and without messaging her the reason for the refund, she will revoke your right on everything that was made for you. Please note: Amanda Rome will add you to her blacklist to prevent you from purchasing from her and will notify anyone in her network of artists and other clients about your actions.

Full payment to Amanda Rome is due up front for sketch/line art commissions requested to her.

Half payment to Amanda Rome is due up front for colored commissions requested to her, and the other half must be paid once she is ready to color and fully render your commission, unless a different payment arrangement is agreed upon.

Amanda Rome reserves the right to decline or turn down a commission.

Amanda Rome retains the right to use your commission for advertising.

Amanda Rome retains the right to make your commission a downloadable product and also sell prints of your commission if she may choose to do so.

The only rights above that will be applied to original character commissions is advertising usage. For original character commissions, Amanda Rome will not make these type of commissions available as downloadable products, and she will not sell prints or other products with the client's original characters on them.

Amanda Rome reserves the right to refund projects at any time. Clients will always be notified.

Refunds are not available once Amanda Rome begins your commission, unless an agreement is made.

Filling out a commission form, or sending an email inquiry, is recommended to receive a quote for a client's commission, and it is best to also do the same when giving information and visual references so that Amanda Rome can build the client's commission to meet their needs, but it's not necessary.

Amanda Rome gets a handful of inquiries and being sent references and information at separate times can consume too much time and it makes it harder to keep track of everything.

Commissions that are shared via public in any manner must credit me, unless discussed otherwise.

Prices are subject to change in the future.

Will receive messages during the commission process so that the commission is made to your liking. Amanda Rome will absolutely NOT leave clients in the dark. She will ALWAYS communicate with you.

You WILL have complete freedom on how you will use the work output for personal or commercial use.

You will receive an email with a price quote upon accepting your commission request application.

You will be given a scheduled day for when Amanda Rome will start on your commission.

When your commission slot scheduled day is near, you will receive an email as a reminder that payment is required within 24 hours of receiving my email.

When payment is received, Amanda Rome will begin your commission.

Sketches/line arts are usually completed within 1 week of payment being received. Other commissions may be 1 - 6 weeks on average.

will keep you notified on the process of your commission.

Amanda Rome will notify you in case of changes or in case of a refund.

Amanda Rome will either DM you or send you an email for your final approval of the sketch phase as well as a base color palette.

Three changes can be made during the sketch phase and one change is allowed for the flat color phase for no additional cost. Large changes will cost extra.

Upon finishing your commission, you will receive the full resolution image via email.

You must inform Amanda Rome if you're planning to resell, rent, or use my work output in different business activities outside personal use to prevent any legal issues that may arise in the future.

Working files used may be provided as a complete package; .PNG, .PSD, and/or .CSP.

If you are a Voice Actor, and are using your commissions for autographing purposes, all files of the illustrations will belong to you, but the artist has free will to sell prints of these illustrations and to do with the files as desired, unless a different agreement is made between the artist and the Voice Actor.

Be respectful and polite. Amanda Rome treats all of my clients professionally with the utmost respect. You will be automatically blacklisted if you talk to Amanda Rome in a disrespectful manner. She will do not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, racism, sexism or any types of hatred and inequality.

Respect my Terms of Service.

Continuously going against Amanda Rome's Terms of Service will put you on her blacklist.

Amanda Rome has the right to decline any commission.

Additional Characters, Props and other Additional Designs may cost extra. These may or may not come with your commission base price, and the price varies per commission type.

Examples of props that may cost extra: complex armor and clothing, pets, companions, etc.

Examples of Additional Designs that may cost extra: This includes scars, jewelry, tattoos, and other various markings.

Background prices may be separate from character commission prices, but they may have a discounted price. Such prices varies on the commission type.

Payments may be subject to additional fees.

A transaction fee will be included in your commission total.

Tips are welcome and appreciated! Art is my full-time job.

Last but not least, Amanda Rome only takes on family-oriented commissions. No NSFW inquiries.

She will also not make commissions that involve non-consensual acts, pedophilia, incest, strong gore, severe violence, and perhaps others that are not listed here, but Amanda Rome accepts basic fighting scenes.

Amanda Rome will let you know if the commission subject is acceptable or not.
